Stitt Solar fits Northwest Arkansas homeowners who want a long-established local installer with a wide choice of batteries. It says its parent company has installed solar since 1978, and it now offers small “starter” systems sized to a home’s baseload. Its own workmanship warranty is 5 years, shorter than many installers offer, and its FAQ still describes a SunPower warranty. Get the current equipment and warranty terms in writing.

The five positive reviews below praise knowledgeable, friendly staff, help with app setup, and quick repairs on systems left behind by other installers. The two negative reviews describe service problems after installation: panels that went offline and a cracked panel the company reportedly would not cover under warranty, and a fee of nearly $900 for a visit to finish an off-grid hookup. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Stitt what its workmanship warranty covers and what service visits cost.

Stitt Solar names no current panel or inverter brand on its solar panels page. Its battery page lists Tesla Powerwall 3, FranklinWH aPower, Fox ESS, HomeGrid and Discover Energy Systems. Its FAQ still describes a SunPower warranty, so ask which panel brand you will get. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh).

Its FAQ describes a 25-year SunPower system warranty. That applies only to SunPower equipment, so do not assume it covers your system. Its service page (read October 14, 2026) says maker warranties typically do not cover labor for diagnostics, repairs or replacements, and on-site service visits carry a fee.
Where does Stitt Solar operate, and which licenses were checked?
Stitt Solar’s homepage lists Arkansas towns from Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville to Fort Smith, Hot Springs and Little Rock, and Missouri towns including Branson, Cassville and Nixa (read October 13, 2026). Its story page says it serves Northwest and Central Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and southern Missouri, but lists no Oklahoma towns. A listed town does not mean every address qualifies or that EcoGen can connect you with Stitt Solar there.
