You choose the states and the ZIP codes inside them. A lead reaches you only when the homeowner’s ZIP code is on your list, up to the monthly volume you set.
Shared or exclusive
Shared is the standard: the same request can go to more than one installer in a ZIP code. Exclusive leads are arranged case by case on the call.

A lead is delivered as the homeowner submits it, not in a daily batch, while the homeowner is still thinking about solar.

The standard every lead meets
Every lead is checked against this list before it reaches you.
- A homeowner. The person owns the property. Renters are filtered out.
- Consent. The homeowner agreed on the form, in TCPA-compliant language, to be contacted about solar by EcoGen America and its partners. Your company is added to that list of partners before your first lead.
- A TrustedForm certificate. Recorded when the homeowner submits, so you can see the consent for yourself.
- Complete, verified contact details. Every lead comes with phone, email and address: a verified cell number, a valid email and a full street address with ZIP code.
- Inside your ZIP codes. Nothing from outside the area you set.
- Not a duplicate. The same homeowner is not sent to you twice.
You are billed only for leads that meet this standard. Tell us within 7 days about one that does not, and it is credited.
