The five negative reviews describe reported substandard subcontractors, a $578 quote to replace one optimizer, roof leaks the reviewer says were installed wrong, slow inverter service, and months of unanswered calls plus items broken during a battery install. South Coast Solar’s SunPower page calls it a SunPower Master Dealer and describes SunPower Equinox systems with Maxeon cells, and its Powerwall page says it is a Tesla Powerwall certified installer. These pages may not reflect what it installs today. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
