Some owners waited weeks to get turned onOne negative review describes a meter step nobody explained, which held up the power company turning the system on for weeks. Ask for every step before turn-on, and how long each takes.

The five positive reviews below praise clear communication, on-schedule work coordinated with a roofer, a no-pressure battery quote and help with issues on a nearly ten-year-old system. The three negative reviews describe an unexplained meter step that delayed switch-on for weeks, a reviewer who calls the price far too high, and staff described as condescending. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Puget Sound Solar to list every step before switch-on, including utility meter work, and how long each takes.

Puget Sound Solar says it buys panels from several US and overseas makers and lists the brand, model, wattage and origin in each proposal; it sells Washington-made Silfab panels for buyers who want local products (FAQ). Its storage page names the Enphase IQ Battery 5P and Tesla Powerwall 3, and its FAQ mentions Enphase microinverters and says it is a certified SPAN installer. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
