The five positive reviews below praise knowledgeable, courteous technicians who repaired older systems and replaced inverters, including one who explained the work in English and Spanish. The three negative reviews describe a reviewer who says production problems went undetected despite promised monitoring and that a replaced microinverter failed again, unanswered messages, a broken monitoring app and a lost payment check. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Green Convergence how its system monitoring works and what out-of-warranty repairs cost.

How much does Green Convergence cost?

Green Convergence does not publish a system price on its cost page. Ask for an itemized quote showing the cash price, system size, equipment models and, for a loan, the financed total with APR and fees. Its process page says the signed agreement locks in system design and pricing, so compare that document, not the sales estimate. Green Convergence says it mainly installs Maxeon and REC panels but is not limited to one maker. Its battery page names Tesla Powerwall and FranklinWH, and its FAQ also mentions SunVault. It names no inverter brand. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh). For tile roofs it offers a “Master Tile” method that lays an Owens Corning underlayment and shingle layer under the array (Master Tile page).

What does Green Convergence’s warranty cover?

Where does Green Convergence operate, and which licenses were checked?

Green Convergence’s service area page lists cities in the Greater Los Angeles area served from its Valencia design center, from Bakersfield and Tehachapi south to Orange County and west to Ventura and Carpinteria (read October 13, 2026). Its homepage also lists service centers in San Dimas and Escondido. A listed city does not mean every address qualifies or that EcoGen can connect you with Green Convergence there.

We found 1 active license record in state registries (September 8, 2026). Check the license yourself under the exact business name on your contract. A license check confirms registration, not workmanship quality.

Green Convergence’s panels page says it holds NABCEP certification and was SunPower’s first Master Dealer. Its roofing page says it is approved by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. Its homepage shows BBB, CALSEIA, NRCA, Owens Corning and Calabasas Chamber of Commerce logos under “Our Affiliations.” These are company statements; we did not verify them.

Before choosing Green Convergence

Ask for these in writing:

1. An itemized quote with the cash price and the financed total, including the APR and all fees.
2. The exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kW and the forecast yearly production in kWh.
3. The warranty documents for your payment plan: panels, inverter, labor and roof penetrations.
4. Your local service contact, and who handles utility approval and warranty claims.
5. The exact company on the contract, such as Green Convergence, and its license for your state.

How we researched this profile

We read Green Convergence’s own pages on October 13, 2026: homepage, about, service area, residential solar, cost, panels, process, battery, roofing, Master Tile, homeowner service and contact. The CSLB license result is from a registry check on September 8, 2026. On October 14, 2026 we also read its Maxeon, REC, FranklinWH and Powerwall 3 pages and checked its Google Business listing, which shows the Constellation Rd address. We did not buy a system, request a quote, visit an office or interview customers. Green Convergence did not review this page.
