All five positive reviews below praise the same site surveyor for being punctual, courteous and clear about each step. The five negative reviews describe roofing damage patched with glue that delayed a solar install, nails left in a driveway that caused two flat tires, an employee called unprofessional, bill savings one reviewer says were overstated, and an installation error left unanswered for weeks. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask EMT who fixes installation errors and how soon it responds.

EMT names no panel, inverter or battery brands on the pages we read. Its FAQ says it can design systems with panels and batteries. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh). It also removes and reinstalls panels for roof work (installation page).

Its FAQ says GAF Gold and Silver Pledge limited lifetime warranties are available on roofing. That is roofing coverage, not solar workmanship coverage.

Where does EMT Solar & Roofing operate, and which licenses were checked?

EMT’s service area page lists New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Delaware (read October 13, 2026). Its about page names the same four states; its installation page also says “New England.” It lists no counties.
