The five positive reviews below praise helpful sales staff, a punctual, tidy install crew and lower energy bills. The five negative reviews describe a technician reporting unsafe wiring and roof leaks on a system (that review also names another company), fees added after signing, an install that failed code inspection with unanswered calls, disorganized sales appointments and unhelpful staff. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Fusion who fixes failed inspections and what fees can be added after signing.

How we picked these: the five newest 5-star and the five newest 1- or 2-star reviews with written text on Google and Trustpilot, as of October 2026 (59 reviews read, back to Jul 13, 2019). We found no Trustpilot page for Fusion Solar Energy on October 12, 2026. Each quote is one sentence, word for word. Picking the highest and lowest ratings shows the range of experiences; it is not a representative sample, and we did not verify what reviewers describe.
How much does Fusion Solar Energy cost?
Fusion Solar does not publish a system price on the pages we reviewed. It says its team gives a breakdown of the installation cost and reviews financing options. Ask for an itemized quote showing the cash price, system size, equipment models and, if you finance, the financed total with APR and fees. For state price ranges, see our solar panel cost guide; for how the plans compare, see loans, leases and PPAs.
Financing (partners not named)
Ask who owns itThe company says it partners with large solar finance companies but names none and lists no loan, lease or PPA. Ask which plans it offers and who owns the system under each.
Financing as described on Fusion Solar’s about page, read October 13, 2026. No specific plans or terms are listed.
Fusion Solar does not name panel, inverter or battery brands on the pages we read. It says it offers battery storage, EV chargers, solar maintenance, inspection, repair, critter guards and panel removal and reinstall (about page). Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh).
