Circle L Solar Review

Solar, battery and EV charger installerBased in Fort Worth, TexasProfile updated October 14, 2026

Is Circle L Solar a good choice?

Circle L Solar fits Texas homeowners who want an in-state installer that handles sales and installation itself. Its solar page lists Enphase microinverters and a 25-year performance and workmanship warranty in its standard install, and its FAQ says it handles equipment warranty claims in-house. The site lists no payment plans, no license number and gives two different Fort Worth addresses, so confirm all three in writing.

Why choose Circle L Solar, and why you might not

What Circle L does well, and where to be careful, compared with the installers it competes with most.

Reasons to choose Circle L

  • Its warranty on its own work is 25 yearsCircle L’s solar page lists 25 years on its own work. Freedom Power and Longhorn list the same. 512 Solar lists 10. Ask for Circle L’s terms in writing.

  • It handles warranty claims for youCircle L says it deals with the equipment makers itself if a part fails. You do not have to chase them.

  • It names its inverter brandIts standard install uses Enphase inverters, the small boxes that turn solar power into home power. Permits are included. 512 Solar names no brands.

  • It can add a battery laterCircle L puts in batteries and EV chargers. It says it can add a battery to a solar system you already have.

Reasons to look at others

  • It does not say how you can payIts site lists no way to pay: no purchase, loan, rent or PPA plan. Freedom Power and Longhorn list theirs. Ask which plans Circle L offers and who would own the panels.

  • It prints no license numberCircle L shows no Texas license number, and its site gives two different Fort Worth addresses. Ask for its license number and check it with the state.

  • Its other warranties are vagueIt lists a 25-year output warranty with no detail. It lists no inverter, battery or roof leak warranty. Ask what each one covers, in writing.

  • Some owners say their bills did not dropIts negative reviews describe two systems that owners say never lowered their bills, and an old roof that needed replacing first. Ask if your roof needs work first, and what happens if the system makes less power than promised.

Circle L Solar reviews: what customers say

Each review site shows its own score; we read them on October 12 and 13, 2026 and do not combine them or add our own rating.

  • Google4.4 / 5172 reviews · Fort Worth, TX office listing only, not company-wideRead reviews

The five positive reviews below praise clear explanations, tidy, efficient installers and frequent updates. The five negative reviews describe two systems the owners say never lowered their bills, an old roof the reviewer says should have been replaced before installation, pushy sales followed by high repair estimates, and a complaint about an employee’s driving. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Circle L whether your roof needs replacing first and what happens if the system underproduces.

How we picked these: the five newest 5-star and the five newest 1- or 2-star reviews with written text on Google and Trustpilot, as of October 2026 (172 reviews read, back to Feb 2, 2017). We found no Trustpilot page for Circle L Solar on October 12, 2026. Each quote is one sentence, word for word. Picking the highest and lowest ratings shows the range of experiences; it is not a representative sample, and we did not verify what reviewers describe.

How much does Circle L Solar cost?

Circle L does not publish a system price on the pages we reviewed. Ask for an itemized quote with the cash price, system size, equipment models and forecast production. Some incentive text on its site is out of date: the federal residential credit it describes ended for systems placed in service after December 31, 2025. For state price ranges, see our solar panel cost guide; for how the plans compare, see loans, leases and PPAs.

Payment options not listed

Ask who owns it

The site lists no cash, loan, lease or PPA option. Ask which plans it offers and who owns the system under each.

No payment plans are listed on Circle L’s homepage, solar page or FAQ, read October 13, 2026.

Circle L’s solar page says its turnkey installs include “Tier 1, Class A” panels, Enphase microinverters, racking, a monitoring system and permits. It does not name a panel brand. Its battery page says it uses “top name brand” batteries without naming them, and adds batteries to existing systems. Your written proposal should list the exact panel, inverter and battery models, the system size in kilowatts (kW) and the forecast yearly production in kilowatt-hours (kWh).

Where does Circle L Solar operate, and which licenses were checked?

Circle L’s about page says it serves “the entire state of Texas and only the state of Texas” from Fort Worth (read October 13, 2026). Its support page also lists a Houston office. A statewide claim does not mean every address qualifies or that EcoGen can connect you with Circle L there.

Licenses

We found 1 active license record in state registries (October 13, 2026). Check the license yourself under the exact business name on your contract. A license check confirms registration, not workmanship quality.

How we researched this profile

We read Circle L Solar’s own pages on October 13, 2026: homepage, about, solar, battery storage, FAQ, contact and support. On October 14, 2026 we also checked its Google Business listing and Texas business records via OpenCorporates; its own site refused our connection that day.
