The five negative reviews describe a $300 service fee the customer learned of only after scheduling, unreturned calls about a system and a leak, a paid system reported not working for four months, and slow repairs after signing. These are issues to ask about, not a measure of how often they happen. Ask Haleakala what service visits cost and how quickly it returns repair calls.
