Hello solar enthusiasts!

We have an update on Cypress Creek Renewables as we follow along to see the massive changes we hope they bring to sustainability. Last time, we mentioned their acquisition of a 100MW Transmission Plant in New York.

Here's an update on what else they've been doing around the nation.

Cypress Creek Renewables (Cypress Creek) has strengthened its partnership with Piedmont Community College (PCC) by donating $25,000 to support workforce development in the solar energy industry.

This initiative aims to meet the increasing demand for skilled workers in the energy sector. The donation includes $20,000 for state-of-the-art equipment to enhance PCC's electrical training program. In addition, funds will be used for digital marketing campaigns promoting PCC's programs in Electrical Power Production, Welding, Mechatronics, and Industrial Systems Technology. Cypress Creek also contributed $5,000 to the Pacer Promise Endowment, benefiting curriculum development and scholarships for continuing education students.

This collaboration underscores Cypress Creek's dedication to addressing workforce needs in the renewable energy field while providing valuable educational opportunities for aspiring professionals interested in solar energy careers.

Stay tuned for more updates on Cypress Creek's initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
